TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION

Two groups of researchers from CHMSC won the Best Paper Award during the 2nd UNP-CHMSC National Research and Development Congress on Technology and Vocational Education held last November 14-16, 2018 at the La Proa Hall 2, L’Fisher Hotel, Bacolod City.

Josephine Q. Salillas, Jayrelle B. Sy, Christine D. Bustamante, Rene A. Salmingo, and Jean Michael E. Castor won Best Paper in Information Technology Category.

Mario N. Abeto, Elenuel T. Genova, and Noel N. Lebrilla won Best Paper in Agriculture/Fishery Category.

 Dr. Reosura’s “Junction Box” entry won as The 2017 Utility Model Category Regional Winner, while his “pen-holding trainer” entry won first runner up. Another College of Industrial Technology faculty member Mr. Ronnie Iwayan won 2nd runner up for his entry “Mixing and Extruding Apparatus”.
